New Religious Order comes to Diocese of Derry

The Sisters of St. John have established a new convent in our diocese and will be formally welcomed by Bishop Hegarty on Monday 1 October at 10am Mass in St Eugene’s Cathedral. There will be a cup of tea after Mass. All are welcome to attend. The Sisters have a temporary convent at 10 Belvoir Park, Culmore, Derry (Tel. 7135 3414 from 2pm until 4.30pm and from 7.30pm until 9pm). The Sisters may be phoned at the above times and they welcome visitors, who wish to speak with a Sister, from Monday to Friday, 2pm until 5pm.
Mass is celebrated in the convent on Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 8.30pm and on Saturdays at 4pm.
